Ann McCoy

Ann McCoy was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on October 1, 1936. She served as Governor’s Mansion Administrator under Governor Clinton from 1985-1992, and then moved to Washington, DC, to work in his presidential administration. She served as Deputy Social Secretary from 1993-1995, Deputy Director of the White House Visitors Office from 1995-1998, and as Special Assistant to the President and Director of Personal Correspondence from 1998-2001. After Clinton left office, McCoy returned to Arkansas, where she served as Director of Learning Centers for Heifer International.
