This Celebration of Life service honors Don William Harrell, who passed away in 2018. Harrell was a lifelong friend of Senator David Pryor and also served as Pryor's chief of staff in Washington, DC.
Skip Rutherford, Tom Courtway, Rex Nelson, Steve Ronnel, and Mark Pryor spoke at the service.
This video also includes footage from Harrell's going-away party in 1992, when he left his position as Pryor's chief of staff.
