David Pryor spoke in Fayetteville, Arkansas, on May 27, 2014, at an event hosted by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at the University of Arkansas. The event, moderated by Steve Clark, then the CEO of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, featured a lengthy discussion by Senator Pryor on his experience in Congress and its inner workings. The event was part of a three-part OLLI course on the “Dysfunctional World of Congress” and was open to the public.
